These are driver quality as they have imperfections. The passenger seat is a manual seat that has been dyed black at some point several years ago. The driver side seat is four-way power and on the inside needs a panel repaired as seen in the picture if shipping is required, they will be separated from the tops and the basisif you would like to schedule pick up, I will take the shipping charges off
